MyPad is a bit daunting to use at first. It mixes a lot of Facebook and Twitter features into one but eventually, you’ll find yourself using it with ease. It won’t replace the original versions of the two social networks but it does supplement them with mobile features that make it easy for you to stay connected with your family and friends. There are a few bugs and some problems with the design but overall, MyPad is a very useful app and a definite download to keep you connected at all times. I rate this app 4 out of 5. 

Dungeon Hunter 2 HD is an impressive game graphically on the iPad.  The graphics are highly detailed, the action is fast paced and multiplayer with up to 4 players is a great addition.  You return to Dungeon Hunter 2 HD twenty-five years later from the world of Gothicus.  As the progeny of an immortal king, you have escaped from prison, survived a war and are making your way back home to your kingdom.

This is a definite Hack and Slash game and with 3 levels of difficulty, the game keeps you coming back for more.  You can choose from three characters and select one of two specializations.  There are a lot of collects, weapons, and skill boosting gear.

Dungeon Hunter 2 is nothing like Diablo but it has some characteristics that are vaguely reminiscent.  At 6.99 the game will tide you over until you can install Diablo 3 on your iPad.

The iPad is the newest craze right now. There are numerous apps that are available for the iPad, including everything that was available on the iTouch. There are applications that are to free download and then there are also some that are available for a small fee, this price greatly depends on what application is of interest.

There are also various websites that are available that have top ten lists of hat the best apps are according to users. Most of these websites though are suggesting which games are the best right now. The game was recently made free, instead of costing the usual 99 cents. This is likely because the developer is trying to gain a following before premiering another larger pinball game to be entitled the Deep Pinball. Wild West Pinball is a fun game and worth the free download, however users may get easily bored.

This app is a fantastic one, especially with the iPad.  It has been around for the pc and iPhone for sometime so a lot of features have been added and it has developed a strong following.  Pandora is takes your style of music, based off of your choices and it finds songs that are similar to your tastes from a database of newer music.  It allows you to create a number of stations all based on your tastes in music; it can be a single artist, song or album.  That’s not where it stops though.  The fun part is when you start adding more music.  Pandora finds the similarities in the styles you are selecting and reaches out across the internet to build you a selection that is completely customized to your liking.

If you don’t like the music that Pandora selects, then you can give it thumbs down and it will remember not to add that type of music again.  It’s an amazing piece of logical software usefully applied to finding music.

What this app lacks in visual stimulation it definitely makes up for in functionality.  The audio is excellent and sounds great coming from the iPad speakers although a good set of headphones could make it more enjoyable.  Pandora really has a large database of music with a lot of varied artists.  It would be difficult not to find something that you like.  It also allows you to create multiple stations so you can flip between your different styles with one click.  It’s very easy to use and the competition to Pandora really has very little to bring to the table.

Pandora also works with the iPad to adjust settings depending on how much power your iPad has as well as the type of connection you are utilizing.  Pandora also offers a few other nice features when it comes to artists, albums and songs.  They give information such as lyrics or interesting facts and you can also make purchases of the music right from the program.  It is a rather simple interface, but it really makes up for that with the quality of content and audio.

Solitair App Description:

Mondo Solitaire is packed with well over 100 games of different solitaire and other games such as FreeCell and Klondike.  You can also find other favorites like Xerces and Angkor Wat.  The controls are very easy and the menu of games is easy to access through touch scroll or search.  With 100 + games, the search really does come in handy.  Mondo Solitaire for the iPad will even launch at the same game you left of at the exact same hand.  The interface is setup like most other library searches but you can also sort your games by your favorites, style, name or popularity.  Categorizing your games makes it much simpler to find the games that you like to play the most.

Mondo Solitaire is brought to you by Ambrosia Software and it is a definite bargain considering how many games that come with it.  The compilation of great games also includes other favorites like Spider, Golf and Pyramid.

This is a must have app for the iPad of anyone that enjoys killing time with a fun card game.  With so many to choose from, it won’t be hard to pick at least 5 that are your favorite.   Ambrosia has a good line of apps out including this one.  Some other iPad apps that they offer are Mr. Sudoku, Aki Mahjong.

Aki Mahjong is a Mahjong Solitaire.  The game is already a favorite of millions around the world, but if you haven’t played it before, don’t be worried, it’s easy to learn and hard to put down.

Mr. Sudoku is another one from Ambrosia that you might want to pick up if you like Mondo Solitaire.  However be warned, the game yells out the phrase MISTER SUDOKU when it starts up.  This can be a little disturbing if you are in a public setting as there are no options to shut that off in game.  You may have to disable your sound temporarily when launching the game.  Other than that one little irritation, the rest of the game is great.

There are a lot of Solitaire games out there for the iPad, but Ambrosia is the top pick because of the amount of games that you get for the one price.  You’ll have hours of fun using this application and if you want some other fun games then try out the other ones like Mr. Sudoku for the Sudoku enthusiast as well as Aki Mahjong  for an entirely different game.  These games have been favorites of the iPhone community and their port over to the iPad was a welcomed event.
